White Wine

Terra D’Oro Moscato, 750 ml $15.00
Aromas of perfumed peach blossom and fresh honeysuckle. A sweet, creamy lemon cheesecake flavor is accompanied by bright fresh apricot and white peach fruit on the palate. Crisp acidity keeps the mouthfeel rich and balanced with lingering notes of rose petal on the finish.

Giesen Sauvignon Blanc, 750 ml $11.00
One of Australia’s favorite Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. A richly tropical nose, dominated by youthful aromas of lime, lemongrass and green herbs. Fruit on the palate leans more toward gooseberry and citrus, with a zesty acidity.

Bella Sera Pinot Grigio, 750 ml $9.45
A white wine from Veneto, Italy with aromas of apple and lemon with pear overtones. The wine is medium-bodied with a clean, crisp palate and a light finish. Intense aromatics and good balance.

Hauts Lagarde Bourdeaux Blanc, 750 ml $12.00
Certified Organic by Qualité France and USDA NOP (National Organic Program) IMO, Switzerland. Only Indigenous Yeasts used. Suitable for Vegans. Rich and full, this is a concentrated and well-balanced wine. It has a good mix of herbaceousness, fresh citrus and pineapple, all intense and fruity.

Cellardoor Pinot Gris 2014, 750ml $13.00
This wine has aromas of citrus blossom, apple, and honey comb. The balance of acidity and the creamy finish create a great food pairing wine.

Cellardoor The Buoy 2017, 750ml $18.00
Engagingly fruity, yet crisp and mouthwatering, the unique blend of Semillon, Riesling, and Chenin blanc has notes of apricot and mandarin.

J. Lohr Riverstone Chardonnay, 375 ml   $8.00
Rich aromas of pear, apple and lemon custard combine with notes of roasted hazelnut, vanilla and toasty oak. Barrel fermentation with sur-lie aging adds layers of viscosity, depth and complex flavors that marry well with the Chardonnay’s natural acidity and bright fruit.

Michael David Chardonnay, 750 ml  $15.00
Opens with an inviting tropical fruit-like bouquet and aromas of kiwi, banana, and summer stone fruits (apricot and white peach.) A slight hint of toasted oak on the finish.


Red Wine

Soft red wine with supple texture and a bright red fruit signature. Bold flavors of pomegranate, black cherry and dark chocolate are complemented by a full year of oak barrel aging.

Fruit-forward and soft on the palate with smooth tannins and a hint of spice in the finish

Leads with bright raspberry and blackberry while notes of leather, spice, and vanilla add complexity.

Sabastiani Cabernet, 750 ml  $18.00
Aromatics ranging from blackberry to mild cassis with hints of coconut and mild leafiness. Bold and riper flavors including black fruits on first attack followed by layers of coconut and a vanilla finish.

Hauts Lagarde Bordeax Rouge, 750 ml  $12.00
Only Indigenous Yeasts used. Suitable for Vegans. Dark garnet color. Smoky aromas and flavors of charred nuts, roasted berries, and clay with a satiny, crisp, dryish medium body and a medium-long nuts, craisins and cassis, and earth finish with woody, tannins.  65% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc.

Sparkling Wine

Lamberti Prosecco Extra Dry, 187 ml $5.00  /  750 ml  $14.00
Product of Veneto, Italy. Offers lovely balance in a perfumed, crisp style defined by green apples, flowers and sweet spices. The finish is long and polished.


Allagash White, 12 oz bottle $3.00
Allagash’s interpretations of a traditional Belgian wheat beer. Brewed with a generous portion of wheat and spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel, this beer is fruity, refreshing and slightly cloudy in appearance. Alcohol by volume (ABV): 5.10%

Sebago IPA, 12oz cans $2.00
Frye’s Leap IPA is an intense experience. It is a hoppy medium-bodied ale and is full of character. From the caramel malt which gives our IPA its golden color to the distinct fruity hoppiness, this beer is every bit as exciting as its namesake, the popular cliffs on Sebago Lake. Alcohol by volume (ABV): 6.00%

Victory Golden Monkey, 12oz can $1.80
This radiant ale, a Belgian Tipel, is rich in the spirited tradition of Belgian-inspired brewing. Our Golden Monkey is both playfully delightful and profoundly satisfying. Exotic spice from the East rounds out this global journey to joy. Alcohol by volume (ABV): 9.50%

Blueberry Lemonade, 12oz can $4.50
A sparkling cocktail made by blending Maine Craft Distilling’s Blueberry Moonshine with Maine Craft’s homemade Lemonade.  The Blueberry Moonshine is a wild blueberry liquor made from Maine barley with blueberry and Maine maple syrup added.  The blended cocktail is a touch sweet up front with the blueberry, but the tartness of the lemonade balances it beautifully. ABV:7.0%

Please note, due to the Maine State Law governing our Liquor License, the only alcoholic beverages that can be consumed in the public spaces of the inn are those purchased at the Hawthorn Inn. A violation of this law can cause the State of Maine to revoke our license.If you request wine when making your reservations; it will be waiting in your room upon your arrival. 

If you bring alcohol with you, please consume it in your room.  If your room is in the Carriage House you may also consume it on the room’s patio/deck.
