A two-course breakfast is served daily beginning at 8:30. The first course is a fruit dish. Some of the favorites of our guests are the Baked Peach, Orange Spiced Pears, and Watermelon and Kiwi with Coconut Lime Creme. For the second course, Ted usually prepares sweet and savory dishes on alternate days. One morning may consist of Maine Blueberry Walnut Pancakes or Cinnamon Oatmeal Bake with Rhubarb Sauce and Fresh Strawberries. The savory dishes may include Sweet Potato Pancakes with Poached Egg topped with Creamed Caramelized Shallots and Poblano Peppers or a Zucchini Frittata with homemade tomato sauce. On sweet days, we serve turkey sausage to add some protein. Some second-course entrees include smoked salmon. Scrambled eggs and toast and fruit and yogurt are always available in the event that you do not care for what Ted is preparing.
